Kirkpatrick has rapidly emerged as a premiere league songwriter and producer in the pop lane. Growing up playing the drums, with a love of artists like the Aphex Twin, Daft Punk and the Bee Gees he developed his skills with electronic artists like Breathe Carolina and other artists in the rock lane such as Young The Giant, Neon Trees and Plain White T’s, Kirkpatrick then progressively become an entirely formidable force in the global hit making ecosystem. Early successes such as the UK Number 1 single for Jason Derulo’s Want To Want Me have been followed by Justin Bieber ft. Halsey’s hit This Feeling, alongside other monster smashes for Andy Grammer, Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez’s Bad Liar.

More recently, his work with UK artist Dua Lipa has seen his songwriting be taken to even greater success, with New Rules becoming a break-out global smash as well as a UK Number 1 single, and enormous subsequent singles including Don’t Start Me Now, which which received two Grammy nominations for Song of the Year and Record of the Year in 2021.

Itaal is a sonic explorer, having created music across genres of funk, techno, hip-hop and acid jazz in a range of projects including Big Muff and the Groove Collective. Recognition came from songs like soul Ascension for Maxwell, but his key success came via the song Smooth, which he wrote alongside Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20 for Santana’s Supernatural album.

Raymond was a professional jazz and classical pianist who studied at Trinity College of Music. He was involved in a number of bands, became music director at the BBC, and was heavily involved across the easily listening, early pop and skiffle explosion of the time.

Having joined Phillips Records, he worked together with Frankie Vaughan, Mary Wilde and eventually very closely with the folk vocal trio the Springfields. Dusty Springfield from this group was whom Raymond achieved his major success with I Only Want To Be With You. Further work followed, especially in Raymond’s role as an arranger for the likes of Helen Shapiro, the Walker Brothers, Julio Iglesias and Ian Dury.

J-Kash arrives in the recording studio as a rapper, musician and songwriter. With a deep imagination and great lyrical skills he is able to establish a full relationship with artists and often is heavily involved across the whole of an album project with his clients. Equally successful with male and female artists, Kasher has delivered enormous hits for solo male and female artists as well as groups and bands including Jason Derulo, Fifth Harmony, Selena Gomez, Kesha and Avril Lavigne. Kesha’s We R Who We R debuted at Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and also at Number 1 in the UK (her first UK Number 1) as well as topped the charts in Australia for 3 weeks. His song Sugar for Maroon 5 received a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Performance.

Establishing himself through super tasteful work with his bands such as Steel Train and the Bleachers, Antonoff rose to even greater heights with another of his own bands, fun.. The band won two Grammy awards for Best New Artist in 2013 as well as Song of the Year for We Are Young, ft. Janelle Monae. Antonoff has also become the go-to writing partner for global artists as Taylor Swift, P!nk, Lorde and Lana Del Ray, becoming an integral part of their album process rather than song by song contributions. He won additional Grammys for the St Vincent song Masseducation’ (Best Rock Song) in 2019 and for his work on Taylor Swift’s 1989 album, (Album Of The Year) in 2016.

Jamie Scott is an all-round energy centre and someone who contributes in full when he’s in the room. He looks to have fun all along the way as an artist, as a collaborator, as a band member and as a musical advisor always pushing people to do their very best work. He ended up being very much an integral part of the One Direction phenomenon, the only writer to have worked on every One Direction album. His contributions resulted in the band achieving 5 Number 1 albums in the US & the UK and generating more than 30 million albums globally.

He has also achieved a 1 billion plus streaming record with his song Cold Water with Major Lazer and Justin Bieber, a monster hit with Rudimental and he also achieved more dance floor success with his own feature on Martin Garrix ‘s So Far Away.

Scott also continues to expand his remit with developing other new artists, and he took the role of executive producer on Rag’N’ Bone Man’s debut album Human, co-writing four songs on the album. This album reached Number 1 on the UK album charts.
