Caroline Ailin is a Norwegian singer and songwriter based in London. She co-wrote New Rules, a single by Dua Lipa which reached number 1 on the UK Singles Chart and US pop radio in 2017. She has also worked with a variety of other acts including, Zedd, Katy Perry, Clean Bandit, Ellie Goulding, Ella Mai, Louis the Child, MØ, and numerous others.

Carole Bayer Sager’s songbook spans almost 50 years and contains some of the world’s most popular and successful songs From the Grammy-winning That’s What Friends Are For, the Oscar-winning Arthur’s Theme, and the Oscar-nominated Golden Globe winning, The Prayer, to Don’t Cry Out Loud and On My Own, Carole’s songs have become pop standards. Honours for her work include an Academy Award, a Grammy Award, two Golden Globe Awards, a Tony Award, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a Songwriter’s Hall of Fame induction, a Distinguished Alumni Award from the New York University Alumni Association and being honoured by the LA Chapter of the Recording Academy. One of the most prolific and poignant writers in pop history, Carole’s songs have been recorded by such artists as Barbra Streisand, Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Whitney Houston, Ray Charles, Dolly Parton, Aretha Franklin, Bette Midler, Celine Dion, and Reba McEntire, among others. Carole has collaborated with such diverse musical talents over the years as Bob Dylan (one of his rare collaborations), Melissa Manchester, Peter Allen, Marvin Hamlisch, Burt Bacharach, David Foster, Bruce Roberts, Neil Diamond, James Ingram, Carly Simon, Kenny ‘Babyface’ Edmonds, and Carole King Clint Eastwood, among others.

Broady was born in Tennessee and became an original member of the Hitmen, a squad of producers that Puff Daddy utilised to turn out hits for the Bad Boy Label in the 1990s. In 2001, he received 4 Grammy nominations for his work with India.Arie. He was nominated for Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best R&B Song for the track Video as well as being for Album Of The Year for Acoustic Soul. Broady has created tracks for a whole selection of artists from the late Notorious BIG, to Three Six Mafia, Kanye West and 2Chainz.

Kansas, Missouri native Kennedy Seals is an accomplished piano player who has consistently dominated in the US Pop R&B lane, delivering hits from Chris Brown (Forever, Don’t Wake Me Up), Kelly Clarkson and Teyana Taylor. He was involved with the development of Ciara, and won a Grammy in 2009 for his contribution to Jennifer Hudson’s self-titled debut album. He also made major contributions to Rihanna’s catalogue helping to deliver hits such as Disturbia and Close To You.

Brian Higgins has pretty much defined an era of electronic pop music. His first attention grabbing moment came in 1998 with Cher’s Believe, from there going on a phenomenal run, usually under his umbrella company Xenomania, providing hits for core pop acts such as Sugababes (Hole In The Head, Round, Round), The Saturdays, Alesha Dixon, Kylie and Dannii Minogue and Australian pop artist Gabriella Cilmi (Sweet About Me). He delivered great work in his real love of electronic music with The Pet Shop Boys, Saint Etienne and Norwegian artist Annie. However, his hit rate rose to another level with over 70 songs for UK pop group Girls Aloud, dominating the charts with songs such as Love Machine, Biology, Call The Shots, and Sound Of The Underground.

Brendan O’Brien is an American record producer, mixer, engineer, and musician. He has worked with groups and artists during his career, ranging from AC/DC, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Bob Dylan, Rage Against the Machine, and Bruce Springsteen.

McKee started young as a musician, at first concentrating on her piano skills, before becoming an artist and then ultimately concentrating on her songwriting. Success really started to bite when in 2009 she hooked up with Dr Luke, and he enabled a majorly fruitful relationship to develop with Katy Perry in the creation of her music. Three of their songs together on Perrys third album, California Gurls, Teenage Dream and Last Friday Night topped the US singles chart. Major global success continued for McKee alongside Taio Cruz, Flo Rida, Rita Ora, Jason Derulo and Britney Spears, alongside more hits with Katy Perry including the trans-atlantic Number 1 single Roar which was also nominated for a Grammy for Song of the Year in 2013.
