The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing: 

Supplementary Prospectus dated 25 June 2020 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the revised Investment Objective and Policy of the Company, which was adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 11 June 2020. 

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 27 September 2019 (the "Prospectus").
