Further to the announcement this morning regarding the Initial Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer of C Shares (“C Shares”) (the “Initial Issue”) and Placing Programmes of up to 1 billion new Ordinary Shares and/or C shares (the “Placing Programmes”, the Company announces the publication of a prospectus (the “Prospectus”) containing full details of the Initial Issue and the Placing Programmes. 

The Prospectus will be available for viewing at the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and the Company's website (www.hipgnosissongs.com). Copies will also be available at the Company's registered office at PO Box 286, Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4LY during normal office hours.
