The Board of Hipgnosis are pleased to announce the Company’s interim dividend (the ‘Dividend’) for the period from 1 July to 30 September 2021 in respect of the Ordinary shares.

The Dividend of 1.3125 pence per Ordinary Share will be payable to Shareholders on the register as at 29 October 2021 with an associated ex-dividend date of 28 October 2021 and a payment date of 30 November 2021.
