The Board of Hipgnosis is pleased to announce the Company’s interim dividend (the ‘Dividend’) for the period from 1 April to 30 June 2023 in respect of the Ordinary Shares. 

The Dividend of 1.3125 pence per Ordinary Share will be payable to Shareholders on the register as at 29 September 2023 with an associated ex-dividend date of 28 September 2023 and a payment date of 27 October 2023.
