Further to the announcement of 2 February 2024, all necessary approvals have been received for the planned management changes at Hipgnosis Song Management (“HSM”). 

As a result, Merck Mercuriadis, founder and Chief Executive Officer of HSM since its creation, has been appointed Chairman. Ben Katovsky, HSM’s President and Chief Operating Officer has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
