Sam Hollander was born and raised in New York. He has pretty much become the premier writer in the rock and alternative lane in recent years. A huge variety of artists have enjoyed his skill sets, from Fitz & The Tantrums (Handclap), to Gym Class Heroes (Cupid’s Chokehold/ Breakfast In America), James TW (When You Love Someone), Train (Marry Me) and the more recent success with Banners (Someone Like You). However, a key engine room for his songs has been alongside Las Vegas’s rock band Panic! At The Disco delivering such enormous smashes as High Hopes, Hey Look Ma, I Made It! and Emperor’s New Clothes.
