British born Drewett started his music career as a featured artist on hits by fellow Virgin label mate Professor Green. Drewett’s own songwriting first found success with UK band The Wanted. He achieved his first Number 1 UK single with the song All Time Low  and followed with the enormous hit Glad You Came which was also a Number 1 UK single, but also became a top 3 success in the US, hitting Number 1 on the US iTunes chart as well.

He has delivered major global hits for Jonas Blue with streams on two of these tracks now in excess of half a billion streams, and a further Number 1 UK single for UK female pop group Little Mix with the song Black Magic which was a Number 1 UK single for 3 weeks and was nominated for Best British Single at the Brit Awards.

Alongside hits for Craig David, The Vamps, and Olly Murs, Drewett has achieved consecutive chart success with the songs he delivered for One Direction notably with History, Steal My Girl and Best Song Ever.

Kennedy began his musical career in bands in his native Rotherham and progressed into audio engineering and production. It was his production on the 1993 Lulu song Indepenence that kick started his career before going full throttle in handling the careers of artists on the pop landscape throughout the 90’s and beyond including Take That, Blue, Five, S Club 7 and Bryan Adams. He wrote for the Spice Girls and helped deliver one of their Number 1 UK singles, Say You’ll Be There.

Kennedy, alongside Gary Barlow, wrote the soundtrack to the Finding Neverland musical comprised of 22 songs that superbly capture the spirit of the production.

In 2006 he delivered the song Never Gonna Break My Faith’ for Aretha Franklin, a duet with Mary J Blige and the Boys Choir of Harlem that was featured in the Emilio Estevez directed film Bobby about the last moments of Robert F Kennedy. Co-written with Kennedy’s long term associate Bryan Adams, the song was awarded a Grammy Award for Best Gospel Song in 2007 and nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song. It had a further moment when it was used to accompany footage visualizing the American human rights movement.

Elliot Lurie was the lead guitarist, the songwriter and mostly the lead vocalist of his band Looking Glass, delivered the hit single Brandy (You’re a Fine Girl) from their debut album Looking Glass. The song reached Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard ranked it as the Number 12 song for 1972. The track had a deep impact; for example, the name “Brandy” doubled in popularity in the US the year following the song’s success. Lurie then followed up upon this success with another Top forty single Jimmy Loves Mary-Anne in 1973.

Great songs do always find new lives, and Elliot Lurie’s work re-appeared in the Marvel Comics Superhero film ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy vol 2’, ‘Lords Of Dogtown’, ‘Charlie’s Angels’, ‘A Very Brady Sequel’ as well as ‘Black Klansman’, the 2018 Spike Lee film.

After leaving Looking Glass in the mid 70’s, Lurie continued to release new repertoire as a solo artist throughout the decade, including the single Disco (Where You Gonna Go).

Eman studied music to a very high level, learning his craft before arriving in Los Angeles at the turn of the millennium and working with acclaimed writer and producer Walter Afanasieff. He then co-wrote and produced songs for Jason Derulo, Selena Gomez, Hot Chella Rae, Demi Lovato and David Archuleta. In 2011, Eman partnered with Evan Kidd Boggart and their first signings were the pop duo MKTO where they delivered enormous hits like Just Imagine It and Classic.

Arriving on the music scene with a primarily hip-hop background, Haynie quickly diversified into most genres of music. His break came working with New York rappers such as the Wu Tang Clan members Raekwon and Ghostface Killah, The Roots and Obie Trice, and with artists associated with Eminem and the Detroit scene.

Early artist focused activity included his involvement with Kid Cudi and The Dream On label in partnership with Kanye West’s GOOD Music label. This flowed into work on Eminem’s Recovery album for which he received a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year. He worked with Kanye on his Beautiful Dark Twist Fantasy album, has worked closely with Bruno Mars and on fun.’s album Some Nights, for which he wrote 3 songs and received a Grammy nomination for the album.

Haynie has continued to mix his work across all musical areas with artists such as Ian Brown, Linkin Park, Lykke Li, The Neighbourhood, including extensive work with Lana Del Ray and Florence + The Machine, notably on her High As Hope album as well as with stars like Beyoncé, Drake, Jennifer Lopez, Ed Sheeran and P!nk.

Iglesias is undoubtedly the King of Latin Pop.  His first albums were in Spanish, but by 1999 he began a very successful crossover career into the English language market. His album Enrique featured Rhythm Divine, a duet with Whitney Houston and a cover of Sad Eyes by Bruce Springsteen.

The follow up album Escape (2001) featured the career defining song Hero, a UK Number 1 single, with all songs on the album being co-written by Iglesias.

Subsequent albums mixed both Spanish and English language songs, and the success of the records ensured that Iglesias built a super sizeable touring base globally.

Songs of his Can You Hear Me have been used in the UEFA Euro 2008 football tournament. Interesting releases followed with artists such as Pitbull, Baby Bunny, Descemer Bueno and Nicky Jam.

Born in Compton, California, Bellinger’s choice to go on tour and record music over a football scholarship paid off, and he quickly became super active in writing for some of the biggest pop and R&B artists such as Selena Gomez, Usher, Justin Beiber, Da Brat, Jacob Latimore and Big Time Rush. By 2012, he was working very actively with The Game, and by 2013 was releasing his own material via mixtapes and his own studio album The Rebirth in 2014. Bellinger won a Grammy for his work on the album F.A.M.E. by Chris Brown in 2011.

Eric Stewart is a man who was at the heart of what became known as the British Invasion, a cultural phenomenon of the mid 60’s, when rock and pop music acts from the UK/British culture became popular in the US. With his band The Mindbenders, he wrote a succession of hits; the band enjoyed three Top 5 hits in the mid 60’s in the UK. Game Of Love topped the charts in America in the spring of 1965 and the band also had a US Number 1 hit with a cover of Carole Bayer Sager’s A Groovy Kind of Love.

In 1972 he formed band 10CC, which immediately had a Number 2 UK hit with their first release, including Une Nuit A Paris. Across the next decade the band achieved 11 Top Ten singles and 8 Top 10 albums, a massive achievement.

From the mid 60’s to the mid 80’s there are very few other British writers who have managed to match the commercial chart success of Eric Stewart.
